Case study

State Reception & Civic Gala

Lagos, 2025

Six hundred and twenty guests, a main stage, a receiving line for dignitaries and a seated dinner — on an open site with no fixed power, no fixed cover and a protocol order that changed twice on the morning.

We built the marquee, the stage and the arrival route around the security sweep rather than the other way round, put traffic guards on the approach and ushers on every threshold. It ran to the minute, and the client rebooked before teardown was finished.
