How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 2-3 months ahead for private events and 4-6 months ahead for weddings and large corporate events, though we can often accommodate shorter timelines. Burial ceremonies are the exception — we take those at short notice and have crewed one in under 72 hours.
Do you handle events outside Lagos and Ondo?
Yes. Our offices are in Magodo, Lagos and Surulere, Ondo City, but we take on select events anywhere in Nigeria. Send us your location and date and we'll confirm availability.
Can we book crew or equipment without full planning?
You can. Ushers, bouncers, sound, marquee, mobile toilets, traffic guards, cleaning and streaming can all be booked as standalone line items for an event someone else is planning.

Can you work within our budget?
We plan events across a range of budgets and will always tell you upfront what's realistic for your goals.
Do you offer day-of coordination only?
We do. If you've already planned your event and just need a steady hand on the day, our coordination-only package covers the run sheet, vendor wrangling, and on-site management.
Who will we actually be working with?
Every event is assigned a lead planner who stays with you from the first call to teardown. For larger productions, T. Akinbohun is personally involved in the design review.
